Welcome to the 2009-2010 School Year
Our school has gotten off to a fabulous start!! Teachers and students were excited to return and everything has gone very smooth! We invite you to attend our annual Parental Involvement Meeting that is scheduled for August 25th at 6:00 PM in our school cafeteria. At this meeting we will share with you information about CES being a Schoolwide Title I school and specifics of our Continuous Improvement Plan. We will explain how parent involvement is expected and necessary in the education of all our students. We have federal funds that are provided to our school and 1% of those funds must be set aside for Parental Involvement and parents must be involved in how those funds are spent. We will gain insight from you, as parents, as to our School-Parent Compact for the 2009-2010 school year. We will be able to answer any questions that you may have concerning your child's education, curriculum, and about ways you can be involved in his or her education. Refreshments will be provided and our teachers will be here to help with child care. We look forward to seeing you on August 25th at 6:00 in our school cafeteria!

Clayton gets a special ride to school!

Here is Clayton with Andi Scott from WLWI! We are so proud of him for winning the I-92 free ride for straight A's. They picked Clayton up on Friday morning and brought him to school to reward him for his hard work. We are all so proud of Clayton and how hard he has been working at school! Great Job Buddy!
